With a proper mix of eating whole foods and exercise, your body can transform to the healthy machine we are meant to be.​ Green and Lean promotes the 80-20 rule. 80% of your food must be whole and healthy, and leave the other 20% to whatever else you want. Because we are human, and it is ok to live a little!

Our trainers have experience with all types of people in this world. Whether you are an athlete, new to fitness, LGBTQ+, have a disability, or are simply uncomfortable with exercise, Green and Lean is for you!
