Try one of these plant-based and super delicious meals or treats! Instructions to cook are below. All of the dishes this month are based on Moroccan couscous!

Peach Sauce​
Ingredients
​
6 peaches, peeled and pitted
2 tbl lemon juice
2 tbl maple syrup
1 pinch ground ginger
1/2 cup plant milk,
add more if desired
6 oz raspberries
1/2 cup granola

Instructions
​
-Add everything except the granola to a high-powered blender or food processor
-Blend until the consistency of apple sauce or a thick soup
-Top with granola and light whipped topping if desired
Enjoy as a snack during the day or a dessert at night!

Protein Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients
​
High protein Greek Yogurt
Frozen fruit of choice
Granola
Almonds
Honey

Instructions
​
-Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and enjoy!
Frozen blueberries are recommended but use any fruits you like.
Such an easy breakfast to start your day. And it is packed with protein!

Tofu Nuggets

Ingredients
​
2 cucumbers, sliced
Peanut Butter
Soy Sauce
MSG
Chili oil w/ crunchies
Rice Wine Vinegar
Garlic
Sesame Seeds

Instructions
​
-Slice up your cucumbers and put them in a container that has a lid
-Add a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
-Combine the rest of your ingredients
-Shake well!
This recipe is so super easy to make and delicious. Keep it up to a week in the fridge.
